Lecture at Chalmers School of Architecture, Architecture in the Anthropocene: Building Capacity, Gothenburg

Eva Pfannes and Sylvain Hartenberg are invited by Jonas Lundberg, Professor of architecture, to share their knowledge with the Students of Chalmers university. In their lecture, "Building Capacity", they will show how the exploration and understanding of the natural processes can feed into tactics and a strategy to overcome and repair our immediate and wider environment. OOZE ‘s projects will show a different architectural and urban practice that integrates knowledge of ecological processes with technological expertise to form a new type of spatial intervention.

This lecture series focuses on human activity in the natural environment and how different practices addresses this on a range of scales, from hands-on community projects to large scale territorial projects addressing the implementation and critique on policy related to the act of building in the age of the Anthropocene.
