HARVEST PARTY WITH EMSCHER BEER

Location: Emscher Island between B224/ Gladbecker Strasse und Altenessenerstrasse(previous Matthias Stinnes Harbour), Sturmshof in Essen-Karnap,EMSCHERKUNST.2010/ exhibition space 6

13.00 : opening and viewing of the garden with an introduction to PERMACULTURE and the idea of the community garden
13.30 : harvest-workshop and visit of allotment gardens in the surrounding
14.00 : preparation of HARVEST TABLE with the collected fruits and seeds of the Emscher Island and surrounding. Harvest from your own garden is more than welcome!
15.30 : EMSCHER BEER tasting with home brewed beer from the open air brewery by HENRIETTE WAAL
16.00 : HARVEST BBQ with live music from the Oberhausener band KNOBLAUCH NUSS + Cocktails with garden herbs and Emscher soup
