Milan Design Week and atelier LUMA host conversation with Ooze

Today, we’ll be speaking at Milan Design Week 2018. Hosted by atelier LUMA, we’ll be sharing our reflections on the future of working spaces and materials, from our perspective as the architects of atelier LUMA – a regionally embedded, collaborative production space in Arles, France. We will be in conversation with Lukas Wegwerth, design collective Cookies, Daniel Bell of atelier LUMA and Nathan Clark of WeWork. The talk begins at 12pm in the courtyard of the Palazzo Clerici.

The talk is part of a series of conversations curated by atelier LUMA. The talks are free and open to the public.

EMERGING TALENTS: A PLATFORM FOR THE NEW VOICES IN DESIGN
Presented by HAY - Hosted by Atelier Luma

The Emerging Talents program, presented by HAY, is a one day performative presentation series during Salone del Mobile di Milano of emerging talents selected from recent graduates of the world’s top design schools. Nine young designers, selected by a group of international advisors, will be awarded a bursary to attend the world’s most important design summit in Milan, and given a platform to present their work to some of the leading voices in the industry. The Emerging Talents program continues Atelier Clerici’s tradition of providing a platform for independent designers and companies in the heart of Milan Fuorisalone. With Guus Beumer, Jan Boelen, Stefano Boeri, Michel Charlot, Aric Chen, Nate Clark, Stefan Diez, Joseph Grima, Guta Moura Guedes, Mette Hay, Rolf Hay, Justin McGuirk, Paola Nicolin, Deniz Ova, Zoe Ryan, Tad Toulis, and Nina Yashar.
